All spray booth openings must have sufficient air velocity movement to keep the over spray contained inside the spray booth. Escaping over spray causes health, safety and OSHA problems! Voltage Meter in their laboratory and in the field for quality control. It is both
accurate and rugged. Ask any powder service engineer, "whose high voltage test meter do you use?" Other manufactures of testers designed their meter for use on their spray equipment. The HV-100 is designed for use on all electrostatic spray equipment. Unlike digital meters which are not always accurate when their special battery weakens, the
HV-100 is self powered and never needs a battery. It will test both
negative or positive charging electrostatic spray equipment. The carrying case comes at no extra
cost.
Respirator Masks
All disposable respirators are not the same. All persons exposed to powder coating dust must wear a N95 type NIOSH approved respirator. N95 type respirators are 95% efficient down to .3 micron.
